Return Policy
We have a 7 day return policy after you have received your order.
This means you have 7 days to contact us to start your refund/exchange process.
For change of mind we do not offer refunds, instead we offer product exchanges.
To be eligible for an exchange for change of mind, your item/s must be in resalable condition, no damage to the packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note return/resend shipping expenses for change of mind exchanges are at the customers expense.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@snackyco.com or fill out our Contact Form with your invoice number & a list of items you wish to exchange.
Damages & Issues
In the unlikely event you have received the wrong items or damaged items, please contact us immediately at hello@snackyco.com along with photos of your incorrect/damaged items & your invoice number.
We take great care in showing attention to detail with packing our orders correctly & ensuring they are packaged safely so they are not damaged in transit.
Damaged & incorrect items need to be returned before an exchanged/refund will be processed. In this instance, we would cover the expense of the shipping costs.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds/Exchanges
We will notify you once we’ve received & inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process & post the refund too.
